While every care is taken to reproduce the colour accuracy of our carpets on the website, we cannot guarantee an exact match due to the limitations of the photographic process and displaying via a monitor or TV.
We strongly recommend that actual carpet samples are requested prior to the ordering of and carpet. You expressly agree that use of The Site is at your sole risk. Under no circumstances shall STARK Carpet Corporation or its associates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that result from the use of or inability to use The Site, including but not limited to reliance by a user on any information obtained at The Site, or that result from mistakes, omissions, interruptions, deletion of files or email, errors, defects, viruses, delays in operation or transmission, or any failure of performance, whether or not resulting from acts of God, communications failure, theft, destruction or unauthorized access to STARK Carpet Corporation records, programs or services. Delivery of samples

Any delivery time stated at the time of requesting carpet samples, or by a STARK employee, is for guidance only and we are not under contract to deliver any requested samples within a given time frame. STARK will always endeavour to deliver sample requests as fast as possible.

In the legal relationship between STARK and a Professional Buyer, failure to deliver within the stated delivery time shall not constitute a ground for the dissolution of the Contract.

The goods will be delivered to the delivery address entered on the sample request form. The carrier engaged by STARK will make two attempts to deliver the goods. If the Buyer is not present on both occasions, a message will be left indicating where the Buyer can collect the goods.
